How Can We Help?

Check out the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions below. If there’s something you need more details about that isn’t mentioned here, please get in touch for more information. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

We are a walk-in clinic only, so no appointment is necessary. We operate on a first come, first served basis. If you need to test outside of normal business hours, please contact us.

DO I NEED TO PRINT THE PAPER MY EMPLOYER EMAILED ME?

No! We can scan the barcode on your phone or tablet. There are some instances where we will ask you to email the form to us and we will print it out for you. 

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY RESULTS YET. CAN YOU TELL ME IF THEY CAME IN?

Unfortunately, we cannot tell you results. We are a collection site only and we do not receive any results. You would need to contact your employer to find out your results.

The only exception to this is if you do a private drug test where you are paying for the drug test, not your employer. Once we receive the results from our lab, we will send them to you right away.
